How to get Project Diva on PC + How to mod it

For those of you who are fans of hatsune miku project diva but dont have a playstation 4 or ps vita to play it on someone actually made a fanmade port of it for the PC. In this video i will teach you how to correctly download it (since many of the links online are viruses) and how to mod it if you want to create your own custom songs or simply change the background video for a song or whatever. If you have any questions, comments or issues please dont hesitate to ask. i will respond to all questions and comments. Also if i get enough requests im willing to mod most of the songs (since the default music video for most of them is bad) and post them on a file sharing site if u guys want.

Disclaimer: I did not create the port or download for this game therefore while i did scan the program for viruses using norton antivirus i can not guarantee that you wont get a virus. According to norton it is 100% safe. My recommendation is that you enable adblock when going to download the program to prevent popups and scan the program with a antivirus program of your choice before launching it just incase.
EDIT 1/22/2016: I decided to try to see if i could translate the map editor so its easier to learn how to use. after some research to my surprise the editor is actually in chinese not japanese. This may take a while since i dont speak chinese so im relying on a website called i2ocr.com to convert screenshots of each word into text so i could copy and paste it into a translator. i will post screenshots of the translations when im done as well as do a full tutorial but it may take a while
