This is my Outer Wilds Speedrun in 28.44 with commentary walkthrough explaining what is happening as I play. I completed this run fresh off the back of my real playthrough using the steps which I thought were necessary. There is lots of room for improvement as I used safe gameplay.
I timed it from waking up until you see the ending text. Run starts at 0:22 and ends at 29:06. I also left in the credits and Ending scene, hope you enjoy!

1. Obtain launch codes from observatory
2. get distress beacon from Ember Twin Southern Hemisphere
3.NOT NEEDED- get Quantum Beacon from Ember Twin Northern Hemisphere
4. Get warp core from Ash Twin Project Towers
5. Travel to Dark Bramble
6. Use distress beacon to locate Nomai Escape Pod
7. Follow lights to white hole and fire camera into it
8. Follow camera marker to the Vessel
9. Use core and code on Vessel to warp to the Eye
10. Walk to the black hole and enter it
11. Go to top of observatory to observe galaxy
12. Locate bonfire and light it
13. Use outer wilds frequency to locate 5 friends
14. Jump into Quantum Moon above campfire.
