So, a while ago, Squirrel was going through the branches of OutFox and stumbled upon a branch called "obstacles".
It's a branch from the Team SSC days (last commit was ~10 years ago (august of 2011), and all of the branch's commits were from "Jason Felds"), but it has a rather peculiar purpose.

Per-note modifiers.

So, one day I decided to implement this branch into OutFox.
And then I added a bunch of modifiers and added lua access. Oh boy.

Since this is a proof-of-concept, I need feedback on what I've got so far.

So, I made a demo with the original set of modifiers + tanexpand, and just yesterday I finished making this 'full version' that uses almost all the mods I have available.
Are the mods I did here any good? Probably not. Is this still cool? I sure think so.

It's not every mod ever, but it's still a lot!

This'll probably be the closest I get to making an actual modfile. Oh well.
