So, this wasn't actually that bad to port. It was a bit time consuming making the file use the mod_actions system instead of a bunch of sleep-queued everything, but I think it worked out. (Also had to do it twice because accidental file deletion. whoops.)
Simfile changes:
Made an ssc to avoid clashing with ITG files.

Mod changes:
Forced a consistent drawsize.

Internal changes:
Hid more UI elements.
Blind is replaced with hiding the judgment & combo.
Replaced the entire backend of the modfile with mod_actions.
Used ratios to scale things like
- Positioning
- Movement
- Zooms
Heavily used zoomz on the player.
Offset the intro UFOs to match whatever your receptor offset is.
Doubled the UFOs during the invasion part so 8:3 doesn't have cutoff.
Added extra tweens for the earth in the ending because long screen fadeouts can happen.
Gave the UFO bullets proper zooms because zoom rotation order.
