Waylon Park has done it. The dangerous hospital is now but a dark memory, nothing more... The nightmare is finally over - or is it? No, unfortunately it happens to be far from over. His next point of destination is the dangerous Prison Block of Mount Massive, another grim lair of evil. It supposedly contains a radio that might be able to contact the outside world... Between it and him however a foggy courtyard awaits. What could be hidden in the fog? And can he survive it? When will Waylon Park's struggle end?

And it has brought a large amount of new content to provide us with even more scares and creepy atmosphere. Once again we must enter the dangerous halls of Mount Massive Asylum, a hatchery of death and festering insanity, in order to uncover all of the structure's dark secrets. Will we be able to survive the nightmares created by the evil Murkoff Corporation a second time? Or has our luck finally run out?
