Outriders Devastator damage build able to solo CT15
5This is one of the Best Devastator Builds in Outriders all about the Anomaly Power bleed and extra damage to bleeding enemies!

This build works in Solo and in Team play!
Legendary set is not needed but build will be better when you have the set bonus active, I levelled this build all to way to CT 14 before I got the legendary set bonus!
Build Shown is not perfect and could use a few tweaks but what you need is there!
Other Weapons and Mod combination can work as well, this is the best I have unlocked on the devastator, most Mods were on the trickster that got wiped!
