3Overachiever UFC 4 - Complete all optional challenges from a sparring session in your career
This can easily be done with sparring partners that have easy challenges (escape a clinch, perform a takedown), but the punching bag allows you to also upgrade your skills, or work on combos.
If you adjusted the sliders like i have for the sake of some of the trophies, you might be accidently knocking out your sparring partner before you can complete 10 overhands, or landed 5 hooks.
