From the main menu, go over to training. Once you enter the training ground, press options, then practice. You'll now be able to enter the Putting Practice.
This trophy can be a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll get 5 in a row easily.
Useful tips
▪︎ if you can't swing using the left stick, switch over to the right. Many people have had issues with the swinging in this game
▪︎ you can press [triangle] to speed up time
▪︎ you can press [x] to get a Ghost Trail, or Putt Preview. In practice mode, there is no limit as to how many times you can use this feature
