9Phased and Confused - Start a new game as a Siren on Normal, and proceed with the tutorial. You'll wanna kill all the Skellymens to reach level 2, and all of Mr BPG's Skeleton buddies. Then just Phaselock Mr BPG until the trophy pops. This can be done on Level 2 right after getting the Phaselock skill. You don't have to jump around, his toothbrush won't do much damage.
Time - Roughly 25 to 35 minutes
