Blood Surge is a fun skill that Necromancer has access too that has the unfortunate circumstance that it is balanced around one of the most confusing mechanics in Diablo 4, Overpower. Thankfully, recently a lot of the community has done a lot of research on Overpower and how it functions, which meant diving into Blood Surge and how it plays in the endgame!

I tried the build without The Barber Malignant as well just to make sure the build worked without it, which it does! Its a little worse overall but with a few more levels than in the video that I have, you will breeze through!
