This is just one of the many Tracer encounters on Consoles, and they're all the same as this. Every single time the Tracer player is a tryhard(I was playing Team Deathmatch on these clips btw, an ARCADE mode), and they cannot be stopped because that broken Blink cools down too fast(counting her Blinks are pointless), and Recall gives back health & puts Tracer in a safe spot. And as you see, Mei, who supposed to be Tracer's counter, cant stop her. Mei cant stop Genji either, but thats another discussion.
How do people have the balls to say that Tracer isnt broken?
If Tracer wasnt broken, she'd be a rare pick. That's not the case. 99% of players pick her, and do the same Blink & Recall spamming crap.
Now if Blink cooled down after all 3 are spent, and if Recall didnt give back health, or didnt teleport her out of trouble as a tradeoff to regaining health, THEN Tracer would be balanced, be tough to use because players would have to be very careful where & when to move and when use Recall because they wouldnt be zipping around all over without a care in the world, and it would actually be possible to count a how many Blinks a Tracer player has used.
And if someone says to headshot TRACER, of all people, you know that is not possible, and if you have done it, it's 100% luck.
