Results of part 2:
Run below 200C steam temperature: still efficient with regards to losses. But lower power output, will take long to consume all the heat. 1 aqua tuner with super coolant for every 12 steam turbines.
Run above 200C steam Temnperature: high power, but consuming the heat way too fast, over time losing power. Up to 3 times the cooling required (for 400C). 1 aqua tuner with super coolant for every 4 steam turbines.
Solution: Automate steam Temperature to 200C. Heat transfer automation required as shown in the video.
