In this video I am explaing the Wheezewort for cooling.

Conclusion: OK for early game, but never use in late game. They remove energy from your asteroid while you always want to "create" energy from nothing in late game for stability reasons.

EDIT: Theres a mistake in the video. Thermo regulators provide almost 12 times the cooling of one Wheezewort, not 3 times.
Wheezewort: 250g/sec, -5 degrees
Thermo Regulator: 1000g/sec, -14 degrees
