2T/H spread around C (south) max melee behind boss.
DPS stack behind and inside boss (covid will pass from 2 dps to the other 2 dps).
T/H who already have covid stand max melee on C behind boss. T/H that need covid each run into the DPS group to pick up then to C.
DPS wait for tethers to snap onto them and then spread around 180 N side.
For T/H tethers and DPS covid swap DPS and T/H positions in this example.
