Basically macro goes like:
(Cachexia) Purple=West Green=East

Go first to your assigned waymarks depending on the debuff you got (Green/Wing should be in East while Purple/Snake should be in West) then just step in the boss circle for Dual Predation and move back to assigned waymarks after getting hit with it (except for 16s since the next mechanic is Ptera Ixou which requires you to move to the opposite side of the arena). 20s, by default, start inside the boss circle followed by the 8s, 12s, and 16s. After the mechanic resolves, go to the side opposite your present debuff for Ptera Ixou.
