Pac-Man World Rally (Unreleased Xbox Prototype) CXBXR
A huge cache of prototype games for the original Xbox and Dreamcast have been discovered and released online as part of Project Deluge.
Project Deluge is an initiative by games preservation group Hidden Palace, with the intention of uncovering prototype and beta versions of retro games. Once the games are discovered, they are uploaded to the website for anyone to sample. Here are the list of Xbox games and their download links.

One of the games that caught my eye was the unreleased version of Pac-Man World Rally for the OG Xbox, because, as you may or may not know, Namco were responsible for the arcade versions of Mario Kart Arcade GP 1 and 2 (which ran on Nintendo's GameCube based Tri-Force board), hence why Pac-Man and Blinky the Ghost appeared in them.
I tried getting this to run on my softmodded Xbox initially. The disc I burnt would load, but as soon as I got in game the screen was just black apart from a few very sparse roadside details and the HUD. I could hear the in-game music and feel the controller rumbling, so it was playing, but no idea why the graphics were all messed up. Possibly it might've worked it I'd FTP'd it instead of burning it to a DVD-R, but that would've involved physically moving my Xbox around, digging out cables I haven't used in ages and also trying to remember how to use the FTP software I've not used in ages either and, ugh, I just couldn't be arsed to do that.
Plan B was to give it a try using CXBXR OG Xbox Emulator, but I had no idea how to extract an XBE file from a Bin and Cue and Google wasn't proving much help (I'd done it with Xbox ISOs before, but not BIN and Cues). Fortunately, YouTuber Alpaca Fiasco pointed me in the right direction of using a program called XDVDmulleter to extract the XBE file from the Bin. Once I'd done that the game worked nicely with CXBXR. Thanks again Alpaca Fiasco!
