i am now forced to buy tier 3 cooldown to get 7 second soar cooldown

but that only happens late game still not the same as 5 seconds and prevents me from buying any other upgrade life cuat life rip wrecker and ult upgrade to help my team

there maximum blink range now just feels too short and useless it wont help you reach that spot you want to reach

and it is much more limited in a fight situation giving you less to work with

evie now feels not enjoyable at all

too much down time where i am exposed with no escape ability
i cant buy anything other then cooldown upgrade
and the short blink feels bad

i wont be playing her i think

i dont even know what to play right now

i have no pip flask build
ill probably maybe just play drogoz

i have no essence or gold to buy any hero and build him properly
