We caught up with Palma Violets after winning Best New Band at this year's NME Awards after being presented the award by the 'Modfather' himself, Mr Paul Weller.

They confessed they thought Peace were going to win it, but they were ecstatic but a bit embarrassed when they weren't prepared to win.They thought it was one of the most surreal days of their lives, after a photoshoot with the legendary British photographer David Bailey and hanging out with Paul Weller and Ronnie Wood.

Palma Violets' highly anticipated debut album '180' is out now on Rough Trade Records.
