Which batter is better: Pancakes or Waffles? This Splatoon 2 Splatfest seeks to answer this difficult dilemma. In a series of Turf War matches, my teammates and I try to have the most ink on the ground when time runs out. The stakes are high when we’re united for this important cause!

I picked Team Waffle because a waffle iron produces an evenly-cooked dessert in disguise, whereas pancakes usually aren't cooked so evenly. Plus, waffles are thicker and have more flavor. However, I'm a healthy eater, so I only partake in a wonderful waffle every so often.

I won 4 matches and lost 4 matches in this session... and then I went on to a little losing streak. I actually liked this Shifty Station (which takes inspiration from Splat Zones), so I'm glad I got it often!
