Today we design a new XP-Farm and make use of one of our beacons.
XisumaVoid built a similar XP-Farm before there were beacons. I guess his tutorial should still work if you add a regeneration and resistance beacon: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=codpbgGpcqQ

In 1.6 the regeneration effect is slower. Because of that the farm will probably not work in 1.6.
