Panic Attack Blues
634Howde all. This is a bit of a strange video and it might even be really silly and a bad idea of me to even post it but I feel I must.
The reason being is to help me and to try to help and reach others and to let them know that your not alone.
Suffering from anxiety, depression and panic attacks is such a horrible thing to have to go through and it makes you feel very alone.
You can see that I am not myself here but after a few hours of playing my guitar I returned to normal.
Its horrible while it lasts but it can't last forever and if I can get through it then you can to. :)
Guitar has always been my escape from the world and I love it more than words will ever describe. Its what makes me feel free. I'm not worried or scared as long as I have my guitar. :)
I hope you understand why I am posting this and I hope this video isn't to weird.
