Here's a preview of a challenge map which will appear on a future release of Doom 64 Reloaded for the EX port of Doom 64. Fans of the Doom 64 Remaster might recognize this remix! As expected for a challenge map, a lot of deaths here! I am getting a good strategy with the arachnotrons, where I basically launch rockets down the lanes without looking when they spawn, while constantly circling to out run tracers. There's so many arachnotrons that you're pretty much guaranteed to hit most of your shots. Then once they dwindle you can be more selective when launching rockets. It also makes sense to grab the BFG early for when the cyberdemons spawn. I haven't come across a great strategy yet for the cyberdemons. It becomes a bit trickier with two of them, but if you can get them to group then perhaps pillars can be utilized for some cover. Then get the BFG going so it will blast them up close when going out of cover, perhaps! I will do some more grinding. :D
