3This is it, the final boss of the game! Grodus succeeds in reviving the Shadow Queen but it turns out she's NOT bound to obey the one who awoke her. She destroys Grodus and the Shadow Siresn appear, who reveal themselves as the true masterminds behind the Shadow Queen's revival. Not wanting her to engulf the world in darkness, Mario challenges her and attempts to do what the Four Heroes couldn't: defeat the Shadow Queen's soul.
This is a marathon boss and as such is highly difficult, not only because of the Shadow Queen's highly damaging attacks but also the fight's length: at 150 HP, she has the highest amount of health we've seen on any enemy up to this point. Make sure you're properly outfitted with your best items and badges and face the demon bravely.
