Papers, Please - Commentary - Part 09 [Glory To Arstotzka] FINAL
Bit of a longer episode since I knew the end of the game was near. I wasn't entirely sure how many days were left, and I didn't want to be left with a short episode as a finale.
So yea, our run through the game ends here.. where we played it straight and were loyal to Arstotzka.
I will probably do another run of the game where I help EZIC, as well as do some other things differently. We'll see.
Day 27
----------
Sergiu thanks us for letting Elisa through. He says they will repay us in some fashion.
Also.. in an odd bit of competency, the MOA actually decided to combine two documents into a single one to help us out a bit. Good stuff!
Day 28
----------
We are now to confiscate all Arstotzkan passports instead of only those from Altan. Kind of a weird state of affairs, but there we have it.
As such, at the end of the day our family's passports all get confiscated as well.. including our own.
Day 29
----------
We're told our audit will be in three days. Eh.. whatever.
Jorji forces a citation on us by giving us his passport. This gives us the option of forging some and escaping to Orbistan.. but we won't be doing that.
Day 30
----------
A final visit from our boss at the start of the day. He's not too happy that we denied his girlfriend. Otherwise he says there are no more plaques and leaves. Oh well.
We arrest Simon Wens, the serial child murderer.. much to the chagrin of a father wanting revenge. Again, oh well. Revenge is not the answer, my dude.
Day 31
----------
The final day of the game. It gets cut short by an EZIC attack, and we're forced to watch all of the guards die before we can do anything. Of course we tranq them and save the day.
