If you're playing Paragon and you notice that your 3D resolution settings keep resetting, here's what you do to fix that and get back into Agora with it looking pretty!

First, close Paragon if it's open.

Go to the gameusersettings.ini file located at C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\OrionGame\Saved\Config\WindowsClient

Change the value for LastRecommendedScreenHeight=XXXX.000000 to your screen's native resolution (ie. 1080, 720, 1050, depending on the monitor you're using)

Change all the other resolution settings:

sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000
ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1920
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1080
DesiredScreenHeight=1080

And you should be done. From now on the 3d resolution settings should stop resetting and you should be good to go!
