Parity Shot Integral - Blind Normal 1cc Parity
Parity Shot Integral is a horizontal shmup developed and published by: Crane House
It's a fairly easy shmup, honestly, it only got 3 mode's, easy, normal and hard, I doubt hard is really going to be "hard"
Anyways, you have 3 main characters, Parity Xlala and Queenty, they all have the same basic shot, pressing Z will make you shoot, pressing Z and then X will make you focused, Pressing X will activate your character's special attack, for Parity that would be homing lasers, I think it are lasers?.. :V Xlala got a sword that she can move 360 degrees around her and Queenty apparently uses Magic cards; that is not to be confused with spellcards :P
All the characters got bombs and a little helper that'll help them a little bit, you got no visible hitbox and the controls can be gimmicky to figure out, the character art is "good" but that's kinda about all, the final boss theme is nice too, some stage themes are quite fitting, but honestly, it kinda ends there, it doesn't get better, although it's not exactly "bad" but.. the difficulties are just too easy.. I'd give it a 3/10 for difficulties.
Also, for scoring, Parity literally can hit anything with her special, you can make the field of range bigger when pressing Z after X, release it to unleash the special, release your shot button to collect the coins, exactly the same as ship-A in Kaikan11, that's basically the scoring ship in Kaikan, so I assume that Parity is somehow your scoring Reimu in this game...? her homing is better than Reimu, since it hits everything in its range, literally everything, blue bullets that're fired later also can be hit, by standard and homed shots, they just collapse.
putting that aside, the stage 3 boss is the only non-girl boss? I don't know, it's atleast the boss with the weirdest movement, it kinda scared me and made me use a bomb, I think its movement is sorta aimed at you, the best is probably to move away from it at times.
The final boss is quite interesting, I wonder if its a TLB?
Sadly I got hit there, if I didn't I'd have a blind no miss atleast.. I tried to bomb but that pattern is just too weird.. Also.. Does she really shoot with rapiers? O__O she reminds me a little of Mima by her looks (a tiny bit though!) but she reminds me more of Yumeko because of her rapiers, those're swords anyways.
Also I doubt you can score extends, maybe that's meant to be the difficulty factor in this game? it doesn't make it hard at all though! it's really the easiest shmup I've ever played.
For somereason stage 3 makes me think of Sonic Rush, you might know the second area as Sonic, with the water and stuff, or atleast, I think it was the second area? I really liked Sonic Rush a lot as a child, I played it a lot! xD
Now that I watch this again, I can vaguely see the picture of the Netherlands on a map in the pixels on the pillars at the credits, I could be wrong but honestly, what am I doing with my life at times.
Another EDIT, Apparently I wrote the first sentence of this description as "Parity Show Integral is a horizontal shmup developed and published by: Crane House" Haha, I laughed when I saw it, "Parity Show Integral" It's Parity Shot Integral, not Show Integral.. Sometimes I wonder how I get such stupid typos, it make me laugh a little bit though.. xD
