Park Workout - Elite Calisthenics Routine

Hi guys, this is a routine taken from Burningate Calisthenics, an italian calisthenics association, and it will be a part of the spring competition.
Exercises:
- 1 pullup/1 muscleup 5 times (superset)
- 30 dips
- 20 pullups
- 10 handstands
- 5 muscleups
- Cap time 8 minutes
This was my first try of this routine, and I couldnt complete it, I wasnt strong enough to do the last 2 muscleups, but surely I'll train and get better!
