This is a fantastic rally title where you race around multistory parking garages, in a graphical style influenced by the Sega Saturn console. It's extremely playable and not particularly difficult, which means it quickly becomes (like Sega Rally Championship) a time attack record-chasing game.
The game also has an awesome ska-infused soundtrack from The Holophonics. I've not included it here because I try to focus on the car engine sounds where possible, but do check it out (it's on Bandcamp, for example).
Graphically, you can make it look like a real Sega Saturn game, with lower resolution graphics, a CRT-screen style filter, etc, but I'm running it in the "PC port mode" here so you can see the graphics better :-)
