Free rally game on Steam with 4 stages, one car, some often suspect physics and a fairly stiff challenge (if you want to win all the stages). The car's equipped with a hybrid feature, which basically translates into a turbo boost.
Overall this is pretty fun, despite it's paper-thin list of features, and can be challenging to blat around. This is the solo developer's first game, and is still in-development, so expect a few more features yet to come. It's free on Steam, so why not have a go?
