Parrot Security OS , an Italian distribution based on Debian GNU/Linux that comes with a collection focused on security for penetration testing and offers forensics, reverse engineering, hacking , privacy, anonymity, and encryption solutions , has announced its 6.2 version. It is stated that Parrot (formerly Parrot Security OS) is proud to announce 6.2, and that the version includes many improvements and updates that make the distribution more performant and more secure. The version is now on the mirrors for download. It is stated that the version can be updated by issuing the or commands twice, but a new installation is recommended .
