45Beloved YouTuber Technoblade announced he had cancer August 27, 2021. On June 30, 2022, his family announced that he had died, leaving millions filled with grief. While some were able to compartmentalize and return to normal quickly, others still struggle months later.
I make YouTube shorts that try to fill a need. This is the first of 5 parts detailing the mindset that helped me return to normal functioning in daily life after Technoblade's death.
I am just a mom. I am not a professional.
I do know that if you are unable to function due to overwhelming feelings, and self-help isn't working, you need to seek outside help.
