New effects like leaves, sandstorm, snowstorm and wind, also im working on API and performance improvements.. Like controlling wind and effects can come from other mods (the reaction of change the wind is slow for performance purpose).
Unfortunately we have no control over the procedural clouds in the sky, we can't ask them the speed and direction, as well as are not able to control the speed of Shader the leaves and plantations.
I'll see what I can do..
