The first thing I talk about is the newly implemented patch notes for Year 7 in r6 siege. I go over the new map emerald plains as it finally got added to the game on schedule. Its in all modes like Ranked, Unranked, Quick Match, Deathmatch, and Training Grounds. I go over all of the operator nerfs and buffs as well. Bandit can put multiple batteries on one wall making bandit tricking a lot easier, and also making thatcher and thermite combo useless. This is a huge nerf to thatcher and is going to make people play maverick a lot more.
Gridlock and Ying got 1 more gadget but Ying's candelas flash you for less time. Blackbeard has claymore now instead of breaching charges (why?). Everyone with claymores gets 2 claymores now instead of one. Nomad and Oryx stuns last shorter but people stay prone once recovered. Warden's ability lasts longer but his cooldown last just as long. Finally console has the option to change FOV.
The next thing I talk about is the new event coming to Rainbow Six Siege called "Rengoku". This is a control game mode with allegedly 8-9 Altars (control pints), with 3 of them being active at a time. Only shotguns and specially powered Kunai knives though.
Finally we go over the leaked Year 7 Season 2 attacking operator. Its said to be a Ying like object that rolls and bounces off of walls that you can charge. But instead of flashing people it puts up a wall. (Imagine Viper from Valorant but you can bounce it on walls.) Not much is known yet, but I have a feeling this operator is going to be a lot of fun.
