I went for Resonance Passive + Combat Frenzy + Charges Staff once I had 60 Spirit and enough passive points to get some of the juicy passives. I did the change around level 48. Make sure you have enough points before changing!!

With this, and a new weapon once I hit Act 4, damage skyrocketed. I no longer use Wave of Frost any longer. I just don't need it.
