You'd need 4* Auguste to hit his Rage Outburst on the first round.
If you don't have Nonowill you can try replacing with Inanna. In this case, use Urgent Order on Inanna during Auguste's turn, and end Auguste turn using Charged attack instead of Wrath Scorch. Then have Inanna use Princess Prayer on Auguste to land Wrath Scorch.
Yes you need to get lucky with Auguste's crits. Cocoa and the Justice Tarot is there to help him with the crits but it's still not guaranteed. It took me a few tries to get this run.
Also, if Auguste has a 4* Flying Blade Armguard, he can use it twice in a row if he has Happiness proc from Cocoa. I couldn't do it because my Armguard is only 3*. This let's you sneak in one more Barul attack for additional chip damage.
