Path of exile 2 minion build using the new act 4 spectre the Twilight Oathsworn to absolutely dominate endgame. This newly released spectre is absolutely amazing for endgame as it has both good damage and amazing abilities that are perfectly for clearly maps and bosses.

By using an infernalist with this equipment, we can get upwards of 600 spirit and over 10 of the new minion spectres, giving us a ton of damage and making this one of the best witch minion builds in the abyssal league.
