This Path of Exile 2 best ranger endgame build is a freeze shatter build. This build uses Ice and shatter mechanics to clear tier 15 maps instantly. By shattering frozen enemies we can do massive amounts of AoE damage with the combination of ricochet and nova projectiles. On top of this the shatter mechanic lets us destroy endgame bosses so fast, making it one of the best endgame ranger builds for the 0.3 abyssal league.

We combine multiple big scaling ice abilities to clear entire screens of tier 15 mobs in seconds, giving us amazing amounts of endgame clear abilities. With no unique and limited gear, giving us so much potential with this ice shatter build.
