Path of Exile lag spike & latency (Synthesis, read description please)
63Lags and stuttering are the most common annoyances of Path of Exile. It usually isn't a fault with Path of Exile but with ressource management (and the actually missing FPS limiter in the game)
This will help reducing or eliminate spikes and lags.

You might be experiencing problems since a few days (date bing third of march 2019). Some instances are laggy. It helps me to just change instance and go back. That of course in no solution for maps or synthesis memory fragments :(
