Path of Exile - Using Zana and Alva Master Missions To Build A Map Pool
158Running out of level-appropriate maps stops being a concern once you've got a couple dozen high tier maps in the bank, but how do you go from having 1 tier 14 map and 2 tier 12s, to having 10-20 tier 14+ maps?
Zana and Alva's missions provide a great option.
Using Alva's master missions on three tier 5-10 maps and on one tier 16 will grant a temple with about 3000 level 83 monsters in it, all capable of dropping tier 14-16 maps.
Zana's map inventory (updated each time you initiate a Zana mission of any tier - the more total different maps you've completed, the higher the maximum tier she will sell) will help you fill in holes in your Atlas.
And using Zana missions on your highest tier maps will give you an additional map of equal or higher tier to loot - and importantly one that doesn't pay attention to your Atlas setup in determining what maps it can drop. These bonus maps also help fill in Atlas holes.
Don't underestimate Atlas bonus (the 1% here and 1% there to average map tier drops) - this is a huge effect.
