Pathfinder WOTR Stream 3 - Stein finally breaks through the Shield Maze & confronts the Lilitu!
0We return back to Pathfinder to follow the path of Stein, a Shifter seeking to obliterate all foes with his might alone, seeking to overwhelm his enemies alone when we reach that point! Will we survive? Or will the brutal difficulty of Unfair be enough to pull my hair out and give up? LETS FIND OUT!
For this stream, after deciding that the Earth Elementals are not worth the effort, I just clear out the Cambions, deciding that they are more worth my time as opposed to just stressing over a solid chunk of 80 exp, abandoning them and continuing forth. After discovering we can use shields, I don one for the extra AC, and I continue forth, scaling upwards, defeating the cultist walls of danger, gathering strength and taking out foe after foe. We then encounter the danger that is a Lilitu named Minagho, who is able to knock us out, and kick us out. After a few days, we wake up in a bed, only to discover that our objective failed. However, it doesn't mean we are done, as pockets of resistance seem to be springing up everywhere! I did dabble on the idea of giving myself level 5, but I felt that was a little unfair, even if I am playing on the Unfair difficulty. I do want this to be a challenge after all, and I want to earn my stripes. Next stream, we will be heading out into the world, obtaining as much experience as possible for ourselves as possible, milking every interaction of its worth, preparing for the fight ahead, and bracing for whatever dangers that may come to pass! All this and much more shall be done next stream!
