With a new production center for Iron Goods, Bricks and Timber, it's time to start looking at picking an Alderman Mission.
I decided to do the trade route mission as that one gave me the opportunity to construct it from Bremen. What I didn't realize, however, was that I was using so much of one of the required goods, I kept running into a shortage. Which meant I had to addapt to that; something that went quite slow.

On top of that I had to deal with several pirate attacks - yes, they're getting bold again - which was distracting in a way too. All in all that resulted in a much longer episode I had in mind. But it was fun despite that.
