I'm still running a bit behind things in this episode. The expanding I did in the previous one forced me to build more houses, but with that the people moving are demanding more goods, which I'm not producing yet. And thus city growth stalls again, making it harder to produce the goods in the industries I do have.

On top of that the pirates have grown a bit more bold, so they're attacking my convoys more often. Which in turn leads to convoys being taken out of the running, which means less goods delivered to a city, which displeases the population, so they're leaving and because of that my industries lack workers and thus produce less. Which then leads to a more unhappy population and so on.

The good news, I'm going after pirates again. Some of my convoys need more cargo space and why build ships when you can get them for free?
