Been a while since I uploaded a build for one of my favorite decks, so it's about time. While nowadays I like anarchist and grinder much more (because of their point freedom), it's still fun to run it from time to time. Speaking of which, the next build is my favorite anarchist (and favorite overall) build in the entire game, so make sure not to miss it because it's mad fun (at least for me). : )

Bullseye is inarguably META for death sentence and not running it on most decks halves your survivability at the very least, which on this difficulty means a lot. It might be crazy not to run it on dodge decks in particular since these are very fragile. Sicario is a very odd case because bullseye on it is better than on most decks due to how much increased your armor gating capabilities are and yet at the same time it's one of the very few decks that can remain really effective on their own without it. (If you don't play DS, then you can ignore this part)

Why I think this setup is interesting to play? Well, no bullseye lowers your survivability, but at the same time you need to remain more aggressive to get more kills to make sure the smoke bomb is always up when you need it while running around the map like a maniac (although that's assuming you want to play this build the way I did. If you want to remain passive, then you can pretend this part doesn't exist as well).

I've run the deck without bullseye multiple times while remaining as aggressive to make sure the build is indeed effective and not just me being lucky for one game, on all heists I ended up with no downs while barely using any cover. (this part can also be entirely ignored if you don't trust my word)

And yes, shock and awe was skipped purposefully. I know how most of you love this skill, but I feel like all of the skills I went for in the build are more valuable. I've been playing without it for a long while and except for some 1 out of 100 heists cases, I never found myself in a situation where me not being able to knock a shield back was a game changer. I feel like most people are just too used to it and that's why it might seem like a necessity on builds that "can't" deal with shields. (nothing useful if you don't mind no S&A like me)

However, if you really want the "optimal" version of this setup, then run this: https://pd2builder.netlify.app/?s=5g1G1010dg100010gF00011m120-4
The only issue with it is that it kills the entire idea and makes it another generic build, but would certainly help newer players, so why not include it.

And also, why am I even making such a long description considering no one will even bother to read it, especially since it's such a short build video... (and why did I make it even longer by adding this part...)
