Note 2: This heist has a similar psuedo stealth approach to the PD:TH version. The players have to start out shooting all the cameras, control the civs, find the right file, set the fake sentries up, and get into the Scrubs outfit before finding the right patient. Bringing a silenced weapon is not required. I was just used to taking out the cameras with a silenced weapon when I played this heist in PD:TH. I did fuck up my build by not bringing Close By Aced. I did lag a little bit after taking a screenshot of a bug and I lagged a bit again later in the video(I think).

So, this is a flashback before Bain got kidnapped at the end of the Reservoir Dogs heist. Sometime ago, the PAYDAY gang decided to visit the No Mercy hospital. They need to find a patient with some sort of virus and extract it from that same patient. After that, they need to escape through the elevators so Bile can pick them up from the rooftop(or escape through the basement area).

Well, this run was fucking fast. The main strategy in this run was to do it stealth up until the alarm have to go off(after finding the right ICU room). The rest of this heist is pretty straight forward(except dont go down too much when carrying the verified vial or it will break).

Yea, I managed to do No Mercy on DS w/OD for the first time w/o playing it on the lower difficulty modes because I played it in PD:TH a couple of years ago. So, I have a good idea how the heist plays out. There's barely any differences between this No Mercy heist and the one from PD:TH.

The main problem with this heist is the enemies tend to clutter because the maximum amount of enemies allowed on the map is 108. In a really bad situation, it may be possible to have enemies stuck inside of each other(or 5 bulldozers extremely close to each other).

Its not as bad as Hell's Island but, the ridiculously high spawn limit can complicate things a bit.
