This was the first any% attempt I tried in about a month. I have been doing the All Levels category, which starts with any% (and I even got an any% PB recently during an attempt), but I hadn't sat down and done any grinds of just any% on its own. This evening I practiced for about 30 minutes and decided to do some runs, and this happened to be the first run attempt I started, giving me an unexpectedly decent 7 second PB before I would even consider myself "warmed up".
