等第一階段結束，完成之後的塔已經進入無敵狀態，所以可以不特別在意之後塔之基地的狀況，主要目標就是召喚母艦並把它護送到塔的區域，生產大量的毀滅者戰艦搭配行星突擊空母(艦載機損失可以自體再生)可以輕易的剷平東北方的GDI基地
因為登場的時間線不長，也或者經費方面問題，所以Scrin的任務只有四個；而且玩家扮演的指揮官只負責歐洲方面的戰區，拚最後一口氣把母艦護送到塔裡後，還被那個水母腦袋上級遺棄在地球戰死 - 就是GDI的最後一個任務，真的是死得很窩囊的工具人
