2There are civilians roaming the streets here,be careful not to shoot them. You pretty much cannot avoid the enemy at the start,kill him and the detective who tries to call for backup quickly. There should be one more detective that you can kill safely,near the building with the fire escape. Keep your eyes peeled for the security drone,it can't be killed and will shoot on sight. Your equipment is just under a storm drain. Go through the sewage area,taking out the armed guards along here. When you get back to the streets,wait for the drone to pass and use the Reprogrammer on the taxi cab. Head back to the fire escape and place a Remote Mine on one of the door frames,this will be for the next mission. Now wait for the taxi to crash and cause a distraction,luring the guards at the G5 building over. That's your chance to run in and end this stage.
