Prior to getting the PD to 0% I believe a the power systems were randomised through damage (normal) and the current settings feel like 1.5 SYS, 0.5 ENG, 4 WEP, so all systems continue charging as expected, with ENG a little slower than usual. Nonetheless, all systems continue to charge despite 0% PP and PD
