The boss this time is a literal goddamn tank. Its defenses are about what you'd expect out of such a thing, so your attacks won't do much to it. But you seem to have to deal a certain amount of damage to it in its tank form to get it to split, so you can attack Justice and Chariot separately and deal some decent damage to them. If you don't defeat them at the same time however, they revive the other. Theurgies can help speed up the process when fighting them in tank form, but multi-hitting AoEs can help finish the fight so probably best to save them and use the single target ones to just get it out of tank form quicker.
