As good old Socrates said, "I know that I know nothing". That doesn't mean literally having no knowledge but it expresses skepticism towards the idea of 100% certainty. Especially in everyday life we often accept or reject information based on little more than gut feeling and confirmation bias, simply because we don't have the time and/or patience to delve into extensive research to verify it.

I'd also say that most people use the term "truth" too loosely. They call a personal belief or moral value "truth" even though it may not apply to others the same way, especially in case of someone with a different cultural background.

If this is too much relativism for you and you think absolute truth and knowledge are not that hard to find, maybe real life is just too complex for you and flies right over your head without you realizing it. :)
That's how I often feel. Reality (whatever that is) sometimes seems so dauntingly complex and difficult to fully understand that I often question everything I think I know. What about you?
